Return and Refund Policy
At Décor-Hardware, we want you to enjoy a seamless shopping experience. If there are any issues, you can take advantage of our 10-day return or exchange policy.
Return Window
Returned items must be in complete, unused condition with all the original packing materials, including boxes, hardware, and documentation for a claim to be eligible within the 10-day timeline from delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
For returning items, please contact us through decorhardware143@gmail.com stating your order number alongside a short explanation for withdrawal so we can verify it on our end before supplying you with guidance along with an address after approving your request.
Please refrain from sending back parcels without consulting us is important if you wish for a resolution, as items might get lost while no action can be taken on them.
Return Eligibility
We accept products on most tools, hardware & accessories unless marked Non-returnable or Sale Item on the item page.
We can’t accept returns for –
- Incomplete or missing items
- Electrical items and opened tools
- Special finishes or custom orders
- Items or products that have been used, installed, or altered
Shipping Costs
Any costs for returns are not covered if it was provided incorrectly; however where errors such as wrong items shipped or defective products do qualify needing refunds. Using trackable services at least ensures that such issues won’t arise, even if incurred shipping and handling charges.
Refunds
Once we receive & inspect your returned product, if qualified, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, cut any original shipping expenses (if applicable). Please allow 7 days for the complete refund process to appear on your account.
Exchanges
